Hi, I'm
-Kristy Aldridge-
Industrial & Organizational Psychologist
I am committed to a world where all talent thrives.
Everyone deserves to feel proud of the work they do and the organization they work for. When organizations are dysfunctional the damage ripples across families and generations. This is especially true when that dysfunctionality takes the form of a culture that disrespects diversity and inclusivity. Even in well-meaning workplaces, this dysfunctionality can look like lower opportunities for employee development, a lack of diverse leaders, and lower emotional well-being. All of which results in higher employee turnover, loss of opportunities, and a reduction in productivity.
When organizations do better, the positive effect for the company and its employees is profoundly uplifting and empowering. What it means to me to help organizations develop into supportive workplaces is beyond measure.
